Dr.Chong-Bin Tsai
Dr. Chong-Bin Tsai graduated from National Taiwan University and completed his ophthalmic residency and fellowship training at National Taiwan University Hospital. He received his MBA degree from College of Management, National Cheng Kung University and Ph.D. degree from Institute of Molecular Biology, National Chung Cheng University. He had been visiting as a clinical researcher in Department of Pediatric Ophthalmology, Jules Stein Eye Institute and Department of Ophthalmology, Boston Children’s Hospital. He is an Assistant Professor of Department of Optometry, College of Medical and Health Science, Asia University. He was the Vice President of Ditmanson Medical Foundation Chiayi Christian Hospital (CYCH) from 2000 to 2018. He is currently an Executive Director of Chiayi City Medical Association. Dr. Tsai’s research interests focus on diagnosis and management of complicated strabismus. He is a member of Taiwan Ophthalmology Society (TSO), American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), American Association of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus (AAPOS), and Asia-Pacific Strabismus and Pediatric Ophthalmology Society (APSPOS). He is currently President of Taiwan agency for Prevention of Blindness (TAPB), Council Member of Taiwan Academy of Ophthalmology (TWAO) and served as the secretary of Taiwan Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus Society (TPOSS). He is also an Administrative Council Member of International Strabismus Association (ISA) and the representative of Taiwan in International Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus Council (IPOSC).
