Xinghuai SUN，M.D., Ph.D. (Feb. 14, 1962-) Dr. SUN serves in Eye & ENT hospital since 1984 graduated from Shanghai Medical University and focus on glaucoma clinical and research work. He received his PhD from Shanghai Medical University in 1990. Current Appointments: Chairman and professor, Department of Ophthalmology & Vision Science of Shanghai Medical College, Fudan University, China Director of Glaucoma Service, Department of Ophthalmology, Eye & ENT Hospital, Fudan University, China Director, Key Laboratory of Myopia, China Ministry of Health (Fudan University) Professional Societies: President-elect (Oct., 2016-), Chinese Ophthalmology Society President (Mar., 2017-), Ophthalmology & Vision Science Committee of Chinese Research Hospital Association Governor, the World Glaucoma Association Board (Jan., 2020-) Peer-reviewed publications: more than 3oo papers published in professional journals including IOVS, Ophthalmology, Progress in Retinal and Eye Research, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Journal of Neuroscience, Current Biology, and Nature Genetics.
